Race Night Film Hire Packages

Does your venue have a large screen TV or Multi Screen? Access to an LCD projector and screen

You can raise up to and maybe more than £400 from your Race Night.

We will supply you with the films (9 Races) Tote Tickets, Dual Forecast Tickets, Tricast Sheets, posters and the most important thing “how to run your own Race Night Event”.

We will send out a promotion pack on booking and following our set system you should raise at least over £400 before the event. Our helpful staff will explain things fully before booking your hire event. Our free information pack is available on Request. Your Race Night Hire Kit is sent 5 days prior to your event.

Festive Entertainment Package

Whats in the Pack?

The pack contains 12 assorted races on DVD, sufficient tote tickets to run both events, all the paperwork needed for your events, knowledge of “how to run your own race night,” a supply of “fun money,” delivery and collection. We will also include bingo tickets for “stand up bingo” and several quiz and answer sheets.

The race events are much more enjoyable for the clients, if “real money” is used.

You can choose the denomination of each bet we would advise to make the bets either 20p or 50p, this is a reasonable amount to play for.

Any venue can organise and run a race night; you do not require a special licence. Race nights are classed as a lottery, as defined in the Lotteries and Amusement Act of 1976. All the films are selected at random, the people placing bets on the races have no inclination as to which number will win, and therefore, the bets are classed as chances in a lottery.

If you are entertaining the same clients on both nights it would be advisable to run 2 race nights with 6 races, so that you are not duplicating any of the races. If you are entertaining different clients on both nights you can run the race nights with the full 8 races. You will need to book in advance for any of the festive hire packs, all the hire packs are dispatched from our offices on the 13th December 2007. This gives you time to acquaint yourself with all the contents of the pack and gives us a chance to rectify any problems that may

Self Contained Festive Entertainment Package

If you are a hotel or venue within the Manchester area we can supply you with a fully self contained race night. We will supply you with the DVD player, 6-8 foot wide screen, LCD projector, all of the pack details mentioned above and a professional compere to present your event.
